Do I receive a course material? If so, when?

Absolutely. You will receive the .PDF (ebook) copies of the training material(trainer notes) in classroom or via email. You can print or use while practicing the subject. Please note, the trainer notes are available for almost all courses, but your trainer will guide in the class on this.

Can I ask questions during class?

Of course. You can ask the questions during the class session and even after class after the course completion also. Assurance is provided here, as we the trainers and owners also ;) So, no worries we will be with you at every step in your IT career. Whenever you will stuck we will help you :)

Do I get remote lab access?

Nope. But, your trainer will teach you: "How to set your own-home lab?" in first session itself. You will practice the subject on your own laptop or desktop at any time. So, online lab access (or remote labs) is not required. Free online lab environment from Microsoft or VMware will be guided. For cloud courses, the trainer will cover "How to get free account in ......cloud". You will get free 1 year account for Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud and Alibaba Cloud also.
