Do you conduct online training?

Yes! We deliver the best Instructor-led online training, which is face-to-face, and in real time, using live audiovisual communication in our Virtual Classroom. Do I receive a course material? If so, when?

Absolutely. You will receive the .PDF (ebook) copies of the training material(trainer notes) in classroom or via email. You can print or use while practicing the subject. Please note, the trainer notes are available for almost all courses, but your trainer will guide in the class on this.

Can I ask questions during class?

Of course. You can ask the questions during the class session and even after class after the course completion also. There will be a real time chat window in live class, which allows you to post questions to the instructor. You can ask for audio/video control to directly talk with the trainer in class or at the end of class. Do I get remote lab access?

Nope. But, your trainer will teach you: "How to set your own-home lab?" in first session itself. You will practice the subject on your own laptop or desktop at any time. So, online lab access (or remote labs) is not required. Free online lab environment from Microsoft or VMware will be guided. Software, hardware and bandwidth requirement

Do I need to install any software on my computer to attend your training? No. Our training is Web-based software requiring no installation. We use the serivce similar like Webex, so no software required to attend it. Do you have Internet or Power supply backup?

Yes! We have a more than 6 hours power supply/UPS backup for our online and classroom batches. We run some online batches from our home. So, at our home also we have good power supply backup. Don't worry, your batch or single lecture will not get cancelled due to power failure reason. We are straight forward and professional trainers, so we don't give any such reason to postpone or cancel the batches. We have internet backup also!
